Our Story
My name is Stephanie, and I'm the creator and leading director of Evie Jay Hairstudio, with over 13 year’s hairdressing experience and knowledge. My partner Jay, daughter Evie Jay and I made the move from WA to Coffs Harbour in August 2019 to buy our family home and start our new life as a family. Having a year of maternity leave off to be with my daughter. I have had my incredible partner build me my dream salon so I can pursue my career as a hairdresser and salon owner.
